A lot of people started the year talking about a recession, but 2019 was a big sucess. A great bull market and a big surprise for many. President Trump have played a huge part in it by cutting tax and regulations and that`s what Wall Street like.
Only a few trading sessions are left of this Wall Street record year. It has been an unbelievable year for stocks! Recession will come one day but the bull market will continue until it stops.

Jonathan Turley is a professor at George Washington Univerity Law School, and he delivered his opening statement at the House Judiciary Committee`s public impeachment hearing today. He is an American lawyer, legal scholar, writer, commentator, and legal analyst in brodcast and print journalism.
Turley is frequently called on by congressional committees to testify regarding constitutional and statutory issus. Most notably he has testified to the House Judiciary Committee regarding the impeachment of U.S president Bill Clinton, and now Donald Trump.
Turley testified in favor of the Clinton impeachment. He is not a Trump supporter. Nor did he vote for Trump. Despite that, he is the only Republican witness testifying in the impeachment hearing before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
Turley seems to be a wise man. He said everybody is mad. Democrats are mad. Reputblicans are mad. He is mad. His wife is mad. His children is also mad. Even his dog is mad. And his dog is a goldendoodle and they don`t get mad, he testified.
Everybody is mad, he said. And where is that taken us? Will a sliphod impeachment make us less mad or will it only give an invitation for the madness to follow in every future administration? That is why this is wrong, Turley testified.
I assume Turley know what he is talking about. I have been watching this impeachment process for a long time and it`s not something new. Democrats and the Hate Trump Media have talked about impeachment for years. It started with the Russia Hoax, but it was all a big lie. Hoax. Now, they have this Ukraine process. Will they destroy him now? According to professor Turley; no.
He said he doesn`t hink Democrats have enough evidence that Trump committed bribery in his dealings with Ukraine, and the «record does not establish obstruction in this case.» Turley urged Democrats to do more thorough investigations. «Fast is not good for impeachment,» he said.
«I am concerned about lowering impeachment standards to fit a scarcity of evidence, and what we leave in the wake of this scandal will shape our democracy for generations» he said.
I wrote about the phone call with the president in Ukraine and I copied the conversation. A 300-page report is released and that report is full of words like «presume» and «assume.» As Turley said: «This would be the first impeachment that would lack compelling evidence of commission of a crime.»
«This impeachment would contrast from the other proceedings in U.S history because it would be based on a case «without a clear criminal act,» Turley states.
Professor Jonathan Turley ended his opening statement by saying this: «President Trump`s call was anything but perfect. This impeachment is wrong because this is not how you impeach an American President.»

The FAKE NEWS MEDIA are telling you that Trump were holding back the aid to Ukraine because he wanteed to push Ukraine to investigate Biden. But Sondland didn`t say that. He said that no one told him directly that the aid was tied to anything. «I was presuming it was», Mr Sondland said.
You cannot impeach a president based on what people presume, think, believe or feel. When became people`s opinion better than cold hard facts? People can have opinions, but what they need is evidence.
«My personal belief is based on 2+2 equals 4» Mr Sondland said in the testimony. Wow! What a genius.
But Dr. Wenstrup said something even better; 2 presumptions + 2 presumptions does not equal even 1 fact.
So, here we are. An imeachment by people`s opinion, presumption or hearsay with no criminal activity. Not even close to impeachable offense. What`s even more serious is that the Fake News Media isn`t telling us the truth.
President Trump said in September that he withheld the aid because the U.S was the only country to pay their share of the aid to Ukraine. And worst of all; Europe didn`t contribute. No aid from Europe to Ukraine. And that`s the question; Why aren`t Europe paying to Ukraine?
Impeachment in the United States at the federal level is limited to those who may have committed «Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors».
Bill Clinton became the second American president to be impeached in 1998. (Andrew Johnson was impeached in 1868). Clinton had a sexual relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky and he was impeached for «high crimes and misemeanors».
The specific charges against Clinton were lying under oath and obstruction of justice. The Deep State made it embarrassing for Clinton. Telling the world about the relationship could destroy his career. That`s why he tried to hide the truth.
John F Kennedy had the same problem. He had a lot of women and his father said he had to stop because it could destroy his career. But nobody did something about it. The Mee-too movement wasn`t born either. As we all know, he was assassinated. A man who worked so hard for Human Rights.
President Trump is trying to Keep America Great but some haters wants to impeach him for «bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors» based on presumptions. Not evidence.

Some “smart” journalists reported to the world that Trump was a moron because of his tax cuts. How in the world can he afford to do that, the journalists said. Trump is the right man at the right place at the right time. Americans voted for the right man and the party.
We all know that the U.S economy is very strong and what Trump have done so far at the White House have boosted the economy. Pence said in a speech yesterday that the U.S has the strongest economy in the history of the world.
Not only that. Trump is also the first president to actually stand up to Communist China. “President Trump understands the Chinese like no president understood them, and he`s very good at dealing with gangsters,” former activist jimmy Lai said. Now, Beijing and Washington are working to resolve their differences.
Pence said he hoped the U.S could make a deal with China very soon. But he also said that America`s days of helping rebuild China are over. The Communists has been growing fast since the dot-com-bubble in 2000, and Pence said most of their success is driven by the U.S investment in China.
At the same time; the U.S deficit with China has grown fast too. How fair is that? The Communist China are growing fast while the U.S trade deficit with China are growing faster. Huh…
Trump have many times said that the U.S have rebuilt China over the past 25 years. But those days are over. History will show that president Donald Trump have changed that narrative forever.
“No longer will America and its leaders hope that economic engagement alone will transform Communist China`s Authoritarian State into a open and free society, that respects private property, the rule of law and international rule of commerce,” Pence said in his speech.
Instead, he said, “president Trump now recognizes China as a strategic and economic rival.”
Over the past year, president Trump have taken bold action to correct the failed policys of the past. All the strengthens America. All this to set America`s relationship on a fair and constructive course. All this for the good of both nations. And the rest of the world.

The 70th Anniversary of the Founding of The People`s Republic of China is an upcoming ceremonial event with a grand military parade as its spotlight to celebrate National Day of the People`s Republic of China that is scheduled to take place on 1 October 2019 in Beijing.
President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping, who will be the guest of honor, will give the holiday address to the nation and Chinese expatriates abrod before inspecting the formations along Chang`an Avenue.
The Communist Party of China had defeated the Kuomintang Party following the Chinese Civil War, which occurred intermittently between 1927 and 1949. In the aftermath of the civil war, the Kuomintang and its loyalists then retreated to the island of Formosa (also known as Taiwan), formerly a prefecture of the Qing Empire, which had been under Japanese colonial rule from 1895 to 1945.

A few weeks ago, the protesters marched to the US consulate to urge Congress to pass the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act. Many had American flags. Others had a red flag with yellow stars arranged in the shape of a swastika.
A week later they all had a «Chinazi» flag made by local pro-democracy party people power. They also made a banner that cast chief executive Carrie Lam as an unmistakable Hitler, giving her the lavel «Butcher Carrie» against a backdrop of yellow swastikas.
On Sunday 29 September, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the divvying up of occupied Poland between Germany and the Soviet Union, Hong Kongers held a large protest, alternately dubbed the «Global Anti-Totalitarianism March» and the «Global Anti-Chinazi March,» alongside dozens of citis around the world.
«Chinazi» is drawing comparisons between the Holocaust`s concentration camps and China`s internment camps in Xinjiang.

Hitler and the Nazi`s committed one of the worst atrocities ever in human history. They were the worst state-sponsored terrorist group in human history. Trump talked about freedom of religion, hate crime and state-sponsored torror in his UN speech last week, and the term «Chinazi» sends a warning to the world. The history may repeat itself.
Since the handover in 1997, the share of people in Hong Kong identifying as Chinese have declined, reaching 38,6 percent in 2008. Today, the number is just 10,8 percent. Meanwhile, the share of people identifying as HongKongers has increased dramatically over the last decade, hitting 53 percent this year.
China Central Television (CCTV) is expected to mainly broadcast sychronously for domestic and foreign TV channels with CCTV-1 as the producing channel for the celebrations, while national, provincial and city broadcasters and TV stations, domestic internet video, portals, and live webcast sites may also broadcast the event simultaneously.
The China Media Group (general station) may also broadcast live overseas through websites such as YouTube.
People in China are grateful and loyal and accept the Communist Party and their lack of political freedom because they have benefited from this explosion of material wealth and opportunity. Don`t forget that free market Capitalism made China rich.
