Happy New Year 2024

Let`s say it in the words of Abba: “Happy New Year”, written by Benny Andersson and Bjoern K Ulvaeus from Sweden. This song is from the album “Super Trouper”, released on 3 November 1980. That album became the best-selling album of 1980 in the UK.

“May we all have a vision now and then.
Of a world where every neighbor is a friend”, they wrote in the text in 1980, but look at the world today. More than 40 years later. We are on the brink of World War III. So, what can we do?

“May we all have our hopes, our will to try. If we don’t we might as well lay down and die” they added in the text. They wrote this so many years ago, and we can see that the hope is going around in a circle. Round and round and round.

“Sometimes I see how the brave new world arrives. And I see how it thrives in the ashes of our lives.
Oh yes, man is a fool and he thinks he’ll be okay. Dragging on, feet of clay never knowing he’s astray.
Keeps on going anyway”, they wrote in the text. And this is what we see, and it`s all a part of an evolution.

“Seems to me now, that the dreams we had before, are all dead, nothing more than confetti on the floor”, Bjorn and Benny wrote in the middle of the text. It seems like the dreams and hope is going around in a circle. Will we sometimes in the future reach our goals?

“May we all have a vision now and then, of a world where every neighbor is a friend”. May we all have our hopes, our will to try. If we don’t we might as well lay down and die. You and I”.

Happy New Year to all of you from all of us.

No more champagne
And the fireworks are through
Here we are, me and you
Feeling lost and feeling blue
It’s the end of the party
And the morning seems so grey
So unlike yesterday
Now’s the time for us to say

Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have a vision now and then
Of a world where every neighbor is a friend
Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have our hopes, our will to try
If we don’t we might as well lay down and die
You and I

Sometimes I see
How the brave new world arrives
And I see how it thrives
In the ashes of our lives
Oh yes, man is a fool
And he thinks he’ll be okay
Dragging on, feet of clay
Never knowing he’s astray
Keeps on going anyway

Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have a vision now and then
Of a world where every neighbor is a friend
Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have our hopes, our will to try
If we don’t we might as well lay down and die
You and I

Seems to me now
That the dreams we had before
Are all dead, nothing more
Then confetti on the floor
It’s the end of a decade
In another ten years’ time
Who can say what we’ll find
What lies waiting down the line
In the end of eighty-nine

Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have a vision now and then
Of a world where every neighbor is a friend
Happy New Year
Happy New Year
May we all have our hopes, our will to try
If we don’t we might as well lay down and die
You and I.

10th Anniversary

It`s time to celebrate. 10 years in business is a lot, but if you measure success in money, we have never had success. But we are here to learn and also to educate and inspire people all around the world.

We know what we have done to the world so far, and we also know how the world has reacted. We all like John F. Kennedy, and we very often say to ourselves; “Ask not what the country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”

That`s exactly what we`re doing. We`re doing something to the country, but also to the rest of the world. One man can have more power than a nuclear bomb. One man can turn things upside down on this planet. Think about that.

As you may have noted; we release only one article now and then, and we think it`s better to come up with one important article than hundreds or thousands. We care about the world we live in, and we care about humanity and human beings.

Therefore, we will continue to write articles in the future. But first, we need to celebrate ten years in the media universe.

I like Al Green, and I think Jennifer Hudson did a great performance with the soulful song; “Simply Beautiful” as a tribute to honoree Al Green. It was a magic moment at the Kennedy Center in 2014. Al Green got emotional, and so did we. Let`s celebrate. This is “Simply Beautiful.”

Earth, Wind & Fire is the greatest band of all time

Earth, Wind & Fire is one of the greatest bands of all time, and they have inspired a lot of people around the world for decades. They are among the best-selling artists of all time, with sales over 90 million records worldwide.

The band was formed in Chicago by Maurice White in 1969, growing out of the Salty Peppers. We all know Philip Bailey, Verdine White and Ralph Johnson in addition to Maurice White, but other prominent members are Larry Dunn, Al McKay, Roland Bautista, Robert Brookins, Sonny Emory, Fred Ravel, Ronnie Laws, Sheldon Reynolds, and Andrew Woolfolk.

Maurice White was the band leader, a musician, songwriter, and record producer. He is often discribed as a «visionary», and a «mastermind». Unfortunately, he died on the morning of February 4, 2016 from the effects of Parkinson`s disease at the age of 74.

The band is known for its kalimba sound, dynamic horn section, energetic, and elaborate stage shows, and the contrast between Bailey`s falsetto, and Maurice`s baritone.

Earth, Wind and Fire has won 6 Grammys out of 17 nominations, and 4 American Music Awards out of 12 nominations. They have also been included into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, the NAACP Image Award Hall of Fame, and Hollywood`s Rockwalk, and earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The band has received an ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Heritage Award, a BET Lifetime Achevement Award, a Soul Train Legend Award, a NARAS Signature Governor`s Award, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2012 Congressional Horizon Award, and the Kennedy Center Honors in 2019.

Eart, Wind & Fire is one of the greatest bands ever, and I have been the biggest fan all the time.

The first summer day is June 21

The summer is right around the corner, but when exactly does the summer start? The first summer day in North America is Wednesday, June 21, 2023. The length of the astronomical seasons varies between 89 and 93 days, while the length of the meteorological seasons is less variable and is fixed at 90 days for winter in a non-leap year (91 days in a leap year), 92 days for spring, and summer, and 91 days for autumn.

You are probably planning to travel and go to different festivals. If so, you have a lot of time because the summer will last until Saturday, September 23, 2023.

June 21 will be the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere, and the summer solstice.

Solstices and equinoxes mark the key stages in the astronomical cycle of the Earth and, as such, aren’t fixed. There are two equinoxes. Spring, autumn, and two solstices. Summer, and winter. The summer solstice often invites many superstitions, and traditional pagan ceremonies, including gatherings at Stonehenge.

I`m so fascinated by the Stonehenge. Who in the world built it? And how? Stonehenge is one of the most famous landmarks in the United Kingdom, and it`s regarded as a British cultural icon.

Archaeologists believe that Stonehenge was constructed from around 3000 BC to 2000BC., and the surrounding circular earth bank, and ditch, which constitute the earliest phase of the monument, have been dated to about 3100 BC.

Radiocarbon dating suggests that the first bluestones were raised between 2400, and 2200 BC, although they may have been at the site as early as 3000 BC.

Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, England, two miles west of Amesbury. It consists of an outer ring of vertical sarsen standing stones, each around 13 feet (4,0 m) high, seven feet (2,1 m) wide, and weighing around 25 tons, topped by connecting horizontal lintel stones.

25 tons? Who built it, and what tools did they use about 3000 years ago?

The world is experiencing revolutionary changes with Eurasian Integration in a multipolar world

The world is changing very fast, and we are facing a massive shift in the global markets. A New World Order. And President Vladimir Putin talked about it in his speech at the second Eurasian Economic Forum in Moscow, Russia, on May 24, 2023.

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) supports pairing with China`s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) to achieve the Greater Eurasian Partnership, Putin said in his speech at the second Eurasian Economic Forum of the EAEU on Wednesday.

EAEU is an economic union of countries located in Eurasia, consisting of five member states: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.

50 different countries attended the economic forum in Moscow under this motto: «Eurasian Integration in a multipolar world.»

The forum is designed to look at ways in which BRICS, the EAEU, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) can be expanded, and possibly integrated.

Putin said the EAEU supports initiatives committed to developing the Eurasian region and will continue to work with China to promote the docking of the EAEU`s development with China`s BRI.

Putin also said that the world is experiencing revolutionary changes and that more countries are seeking to build a new architecture of international economic relations that is fairer, and based on mutual respect and mutual benefit.

The speech was interesting, and Putin added that the U.S. economic policy is «shooting itself in the foot» by reinforcing a trend that undermines its own development. In this regard, he said Russia and its partners in the EAEU are interested in «honest, productive, and pragmatic cooperation,» noting that anyone acting otherwise «damages the global economy.»

Putin talked a lot about the economy, and he argued that the global economic system will only benefit from the formation of a decentralized international financial system and that it`s important to coordinate efforts to form such a global system.

Echoing Putin`s call for a decentralized international financial system, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov said on Wednesday that Belarus plans to completely move away from the U.S dollar, and the euro in trade with Russia, and other EAEU countries by 2023.

But Belarus is not alone to do that. A few days ago, the Iraqi Ministry of Interior imposed a ban on the use of US dollars in personal, and commercial transactions in Iraq, according to Iraq News.

The ban, which came into force a few days ago, aims to promote the use of the local currency, the Iraqi dinar and limited the use of the US dollar in Iraq.

The De-Dollarisation wave continues………
