Donald Trump is flying high

Donald Trump is a rich man and there is no doubt that Trump has done a great job. That being said, he didn`t build his empire from zero. He is born in a rich family and went from rich to even richer.

Donald John Trump who is from Queens in New York City, is a son of real estate developer Fred Trump. He joined his father’s company in 1971 and changed the name from Elizabeth Trump & Son to «The Trump Organisation».

Donald Trump is the man behind Trump Tower, a 58-story, mixed-use skyscraper in Manhattan. He is also the man behind Trump Taj Mahal, which is a casino in Atlantic City. He is the owner of The Trump Organization which owns, operates, develops, and invests in real estate around the world.

Trumps hotel and casino businesses have declared bankruptcy five times between 1991 and 2014. The reason for the first four bankruptcies were over-leveraged hotel and casino businesses in Atlanta City: Trumps Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza Hotel, Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, and Trump Entertainment Resorts.

According to a report by Forbes in 2011, Trump said: “Ive used the laws of this country to pare debt...... Well have the company. Well throw it into a chapter. Well negotiate with the banks. Well make a fantastic deal. You know, its like on The Apprentice. Its not personal. Its just business.” He indicated that other «great entrepreneurs» do the same.

In his campaigns, Donald Trump often talks about negotiations and how to do business. Trump had problems because he had too much debt. So is it in the The United States. The U.S debt is the largest in the world right now. Nearly $20 trillion.

If Donald Trump solved the debt problems in his own companies, will it be easy for him to solve America`s debt too? People vote for him and belive he can handle the economy, taxes and create jobs better than Hillary Clinton. Simply because he is a businessman and not a politicians.

He said: «We owe $19 trillion. Boy, am I good at solving debt problems. Nobody can solve it like me.»

Debt-based growth must come to an end, and sometimes it goes terribly wrong. Not only for private persons and corporations, but also for country`s. Donald Trump had too much debt, but he negotiated and survived.

Some countries have debt greater than their entire annual economic output, which is more than 100% of their GDP. Those countries are in danger of default, just like Iceland in 2008. Japan is the worst example with 229,20% debt. Greece are in trouble with 179% debt-to-GDP.

The United States has a debt-to-GDP ratio of 102,98%. The private debt is nearly $14 trillion larger than any other single country. If the U.S defaulted on its debt, it would bring the global economy down to its knees. In comparison, the U.S debt in 1945 (end of World War II) peaked at 113%.

Ronald Reagan became the 40th president of the United States in 1980, and he declared «debt» to be one of his major campaign issues.

Reagan

In 1981 he said: «For decades, we have piled deficit upon deficit, mortgaging our future and our children`s future for the temporary convenience of the present….. You and I, as individuals, can, by borrowing, live beyond our means, but for only a limited period of time. Why, then, should we think that collectively, as a nation, we are not bound by that same limitation?»

Between 1980 and 1990, the debt more than tripled as the government borrowed money to fund military build-ups and many elaborate new policies, such as «the war on drugs.» Americans began relying more and more on credit cards and jumbo mortgages, and being «in debt» became a new way of life in America.

Debt-to-GDP rose under Ronald Reagan, when the U.S fell into a particularly nasty recession, set off by the Federal Reserve under Paul Volcker, who raised interest rates to record heights in order to defeat inflation.

The Federal Reserve left the target range for its federal funds rate unchanged at 0,25% to 0,50% for the second time during the meeting held on March 16th 2016. That`s low right.

36 year ago, on March of 1980, the interest rate reached an all time high of 20%!

Government receipts flattened thanks in part to the large, permanent tax cuts that served as one of the top accomplishments of President Ronald Reagan`s first term. Spending jumped on both defense and social programs, and deficit exploded.

borrow

President Obama talked about his visions during his election. One of his cases was Guantanamo bay. He wanted to close it, but its still open. He still have ten months left, but it seems like a Republican-led Congress will do anything to help bring Obamas 2008 campaign promise to fruition.

Many of Trumps ides sounds very expensive, and sometimes it will be difficult for him to get any support because he wont have a free pass from Congress, even if it remains under the control of the Republican party.

Trump`s immigration plans was not a popular decision and may have cost him a lot of business deals, but it might cost the Unites States much more, while Immigration is an enormous source of economic vitality.

The Census Bureau estimates the US population will grow to 397 million in 2050 with immigration, but only to 328 million with no immigration. One of the biggest challenges in the future will be demand based on accelerating retirement of the baby boomers.

Like in Europe, immigration can therefore be the solution. It`s not a crisis, but an opportunity.

Donald Trump floated the idea of running for president in 1988, 2004 and 2012, and for Governor of New York in 2006 and 2014, but did not enter those races. Trump is pro-active and there is no doubt that he wan`t to reach the top. This is a big thinker.

Despite a lot of anti-Trump ads, he is at the top of the Republican party, but betting odds for the next U.S President is pretty clear: 70 – 30 in favour of Hillary Clinton.

Very important week

Next week will be exiting. The earnings season is at the end and investors focus now will be on a flood of data coming in. It all starts on monday March 14 were the Bank of Japan will announce its policies.

Bank of Japan Gov. Haruhiko Kuroda is in a special situation. Just like ECBs Mario Draghi, he talked about his «bazooka» and said he wanted to do whatever it takes to get Japans economy back on track to a stable growth.

debt

The answer so far is negative interest rate, and they started charging commercial banks 0,1% interest on some reserves last month. That lowered the borrowing cost, but on the other hand, it made some confusion about the effects on Japan`s savers.

Haruhiko Kuroda has been called to parliament for questioning many times and more than any other central bank chief during the same period. Japanese 10-year Government Bonds traded at -0,20% for the first time in history and dropped farther into negative territory.

Negative rate is also seen in Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland. Sweden`s goal is to raise the inflation. The goal in Denmark and Switzerland is to prevent the currency to raise too much.

Negative rates can be the new normal because none of them turn this situation into a strong economic growth. So, What about America?

All eyes will be on Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen and the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). The FOMC meeting will kick off on Tuesday 15, and the Fed`s interest rate decision is the highlight on Wednesday 16, with the 2 p.m ET announcement followed by a 2,30 press conference with Fed Chair Janet Yellen.

According to Wall Street Journal`s Jon Hilsenrath who is the mouthpiece of the Fed, the central bank will hold off raising rates this month, but will leave the door open for a hike in April or June this year.

U.S Consumer prices went up 1,4% YoY in January of 2016, and the inflation rate accelerated for the fourth straight month which is very impressive. CPI for February 2016 is scheduled to be released on Wednesday 16.

The European Central Bank (ECB) followed BOJ, and increased QE by 20 billion euros per month on thursday. Not only that. They also lowered interest rates, which is an unexpectedly strong move. The ECB increased its monthly bond buying from 60 to 80 billion euros and drove commercial deposit rates from -0,30% to -0,40% and cut a main refinance rate from 0,05% to 0,00%.

As you may know, many people are very angry. Not only in Europe, but also in America. The middle class is wiped out and businessman Donald Trump knows that. He doesn`t like what he see and want to do something about it; Make America great again.

The battle for the White House continues, and next week`s Ohio and Florida primaries would give Donald Trump the knockout blow necessary to capture the GOP nomination. Anti-Trump groups are spending millions of dollar on TV ads to attack him. Is that enough to stop him? If not, it will be a short way left to the White House.

Very important week.

Outsider Trump vs. Insider Clinton

Super Tuesday was a great day for both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. Democrat Clinton and Republican Trump win most states on Super Tuesday, so it was a Super Duper Day for them both in the race for the presidential nomination.

They both each won at least seven of eleven state races. Clinton won in Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Massachusetts and the most important of them all: Texas. Trump won in Vermont, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas and Massachusetts.

DonaldTrump

Republicans need 1,237 delegates who will vote for them at the parties national conventions in July 2016. Now, they have 595 delegates.

Democrats have one-third of the 2,383 delegates they need, which is 865 delegates. So, as you can see there is still a long way to go.

We know from history that the Republican candidate who wins most of the states on Super Tuesday wins the nomination, and the billionaire businessman Donald Trump is on the way to become the Republican party`s candidate for the U.S presidential election.

Trump`s success is spectacular and a big surprice for many, and he seems to be unstoppable despite programs like Last Week Tonight with John Oliver: Donald Trump (HBO). The odds for seeing Trump at the White House are rising every day, and Hillary Clinton with a history of many scandals must fight against an entertainer and a businessman who speak against well established politicians.

Hillary Clinton have been a part of the political system in many years. Her husband is former president Bill Clinton and they both know the “game”. Donald Trump is coming from another “camp,” and that`s the biggest difference between them I think.

Trump is a businessman, property mogul, celebrity TV personality and a political outsider. Clinton has been a part of the “system” in many years and are a political insider. So, if voters have to choose between Trump and Clinton, they are not choosing between a Democrat and a Republican.

It is the Insider against the Outsider.

Super Tuesday is the biggest day of the 2016 primary season

Who will be the next U.S President? It`s up to the American people to vote and Tuesday is the biggest day of the 2016 primary season with 13 states and one territory participating. The day is called ”Super Tuesday” because the largest number of states hold their nominating contests.

The U.S President is important not only for the Americans but for the rest of the world. With so much tension, the next U.S President is more important than ever.

Poll shows that Hillary Clinton leads in most states on the Democratic side, and she is up by double digits in Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas and Alabama. For Republicans, Donald Trump seems to be a leader in Vermont, Virginia, Oklahoma and Georgia.

(Picture: George Washington at the White House)

Super Tuesday is important because it will be difficult for Sanders to beat Clinton if she wins a large delegate lead over him.  If not, the Democrats primary will continue. Candidates on both sides have spent a lot of time and resources in Texas, which is vital with 155 Republican delegates and 252 total Democratic delegates at stake.

Super Tuesday was important in 2008. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton each declared victory after a close and chaotic finish, and no other day than Super Tuesday gives a single candidate as much of a chance to declare a sense of certainty about his or her position.

Donald Trumps slogan is ”Make America great again”, while Hillary Clintons slogan is ”Hillary for America.”

The unemployment rate in the U.S dropped to 4,9% in January 2016, so why is Trump saying he want to make America great again? President Ronald Reagan promised to make America great again in the 80`s. At that time, the unemployment rate was 11% with a recession on top of that.

Mr Trump claims in a campaign video that the U.S ifrastructure has made the country a global laughingstock. He said: ”Our airports, bridges, and roadways is falling apart. It`s a terrible thing to see.”

Everyday Americans need a Champion, and I want to be that Champion, Hillary Clinton says in her campaign video. Right in line with her slogan ”Hillary for America.” It remains to see whats most important for the people. That`s whats really counts.

The next primaries after Super Tuesday is on Saturday, March 5. Democrats and Republicans vote in the Kansas caucuses and Louisiana primaries. Republicans will also vote in Kentucky and Maine, while Democrats will vote in Nebraska. On Sunday, Democrats go the polls in Maine.

By the way, Voter turnout in America is among the lowest in the developed world. Only 42% of Americans voted in the 2014 midterm elections, and that`s the lowest since 1978. The rise of the donor class and the influx of corporate cash have caused many voters to lose faith in politics.

Americans will elect the 45th President of the United States on November 8, 2016, and the winner of the 2016 presidential election will be sworn into office on January 20, 2017.

God Luck!

What happened to the Princess and Why?

Everybody knows Diana, Princess of Wales. She was the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales, who is the eldest child and her apparent of Queen Elizabeth II. Diana was beautiful and extraordinarily popular royal figure. She wasn`t only the people`s princess, but also the media`s princess. The press was a huge part of her life, but unfortunately, also a huge part of the story of her death.

Diana died on 31 August 1997. Why?

She was fatally injured in a car crash in the Pont de I’Alma road tunnel in Paris. What happened? There are a lot of conspiracy theories out there. What`s interesting, is that Diana is not the only Princess who died young.

Princess Elisabeth of Hesse and by Rhine (1864-1918) is another Princess that died young. The interesting thing is that Elisabeth was (like Diana) also very beautiful and extremely popular among the people. Elisabeth was also famous in Russian society for a charitable works among the poor.

Elizaveta_Feodorovna

(Picture: Princess Elisabeth of Hesse)

Elisabeth was a German princess of the House of Hesse-Darmstadt, and the wife of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich of Russia, which is fifth son of Emperor Alexander II of Russia. She was also a material great-aunt of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, the consort of Elizabeth II.

Elisabeth was married with Sergei in June 1884, and the couple never had children of their own.

She died at the age of 53. Why?

She was Granddaughter of Queen Victoria, who was Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland from 1837 until her death in 1901. Victoria was the daughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and Strathearn, the fourth son of King George III.

Victoria`s reign of 63 years and seven months is known as the Victorian era. It was a period of industrial, cultural, political, scientific and military change within the United Kingdom, and was marked by a great expansion of the British Empire.

It was not only a huge change in the United Kingdom, but also in Russia. Four year after Victoria`s death, Elisabeth`s husband was murdered with a dynamite bomb in 1905. A Socialist Revolutionary Party killed him, and Elisabeth forgave Sergei`s murderer, Ivan Kalyayev.

The assassination came as a terrible shock to Elisabeth, although it was as if her prophecy had come true that «God will punish us severely» which she made after the Grand Duke expelled 20,00 Jews from Moscow, by simply surrounding thousands of families houses with soldiers and expelling the Jews without any notice overnight out of their homes and the city, but she never lost her calm.

She then departed the Imperial Court and became a nun, founding the Marfo-Mariinsky Convent dedicated to helping the downtrodden of Moscow.

Moscow

(Picture: Saint Basil`s Cathedral, Orthodox , Moscow, Russia)

On her husband`s tombstone she wrote: «Father, release them, they know not what they do».

Brought into his cell, Elisabeth asked Kalyayev; «Why did you kill my husband?». «I killed Sergei Alexandrovich because he was a weapon of tyranny. I was taking revenge for the people.» Kalyayev was sentenced to death, hanged on 23 May 1905.

In 1878, Elisabeth lost her youngest sister Marie as well as her mother Alice. Diphtheria (bacteria) swept through the Hesse household and killed them both. Elisabeth was sent away to her paternal grandmother`s home at the beginning of the outbreak and she was the only member of her family to remain unaffected.

Elisabeth was charming and with a very accommodating personality. She was considered by many historians and contemporaries to be one of the most beautiful women in Europe at that time.

After Sergei`s death, Elisabeth wore mourning clothes and became a vegetarian. In 1909, she sold off her magnificent collection of jewels and sold her other luxurious possessions; even her wedding ring was not spared.

She soon opened a hospital, a chapel, a pharmacy and an orphanage on its grounds. Elisabeth and her nuns worked tirelessly among the poor and the sick of Moscow. She often visited Moscow`s worst slums and did all she could to help alleviate the suffering of the poor. This is similar to Diana.

Diana was the patroness of charities and organisations working with the homeless, youth, drug addicts and the elderly. She was also often seen visiting children afflicted with cancer or battling debilitating diseases requiring surgery. Diana was also the patron of HALO Trust, the world`s oldest and largest landmine clearance organization.

diana

(Picture: Diana dancing with John Travolta)

She did a lot of charity works, visiting terminally ill people over the world, leading campaigns for animal protection, AIDS awareness and against the use of inhumane weapons.

In 1916, Elisabeth had a meeting with sister, the tsaritsa, at Tsarskoye Selo. She got a warning of both herself and other members of the imperial family. It seems Ella (Elisabeth) was aware that the murder was to take place and secondly, she knew who was going to commit that particular murder.

Two years later, in 1918, Lenin ordered the Cheka to arrest Elisabeth. A few Bolsehevik (communist party) workers took the prisoners money and everything they had. They went to an iron mine with a pit 20 meters (66 feet).

The Cheka beat all the prisoners before throwing their victims into this pit, Elisabeth being the first. Hand grenades were then hurled down the shaft, but only one victim died as a result of the grenades. According to one of the killers, Elisabeth and the others survived the initial fall into the mine, prompting Ryabov to toss in a grenade after them.

Following the explosion, he claimed to have heard Elisabeth and the others singing an orthodox hymn from the bottom of the shaft. Unnerved, Ryabov throw down a second grenade, but the singing continued. Finally a large quantity of brushwood was shoved into the opening and set alight, upon which Ryabov posted a guard over the site and departed.

Cheka executed the Imperial Family. A month later, the White Army soldiers came and discovered the remains of Elisabeth and her companions, still within the shaft where they had been murdered. Despite having lain there for almost three months, the bodies were in relatively good condition.

Most were thought to have died slowly from injuries or starvation, rather than the subsequent fire. Elisabeth had died of wounds sustained in her fall into the mine, but before her death had still found strength to bandage the head of the dying Prince Ioann with her wimple.

With the Red Army approaching, their remains were removed further east and to China before being ultimately taken to Jerusalem, where they were laid to rest in the Church of Maria Magdalena.

Elisabeth was canonized by the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in 1981, and in 1992 by the Moscow Patriarchate as New Martyr Yelizaveta Fyodorovna (Princess Elisabeth). She is one of the 10 20th-centurey martyrs from across the world who are depicted in statues above the Great West Door of Westminister Abbey, London, England.

We know what happened to Elisabeth, and we know the killers. But what about Diana? There are a lot of conspiracy theories out there. Diana died along with her driver Henri Paul and her companion Dodi Fayed. Bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones was the only survivor.

Was it an accident or a killing?

First of all; why did it take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to the hospital? Normally it takes only 11 minutes in rush hour. What happened in the tunnel?

They didn`t drive directly to the hospital. The ambulance driver was ordered by the onboard doctor to stop and park outside Paris’ Natural History Museum, because Diana was in a critical condition. The ambulance driver parked there for more than 10 minutes. The hospital entrance was in plain view of the parked ambulance, but no one rushed over to help. It would only taken the ambulance another 30 seconds to drive to the hospital. They waited too long and Diana died.

red-42254_640

Against all French laws, immediately a team of embalmers illegally embalmed Diana`s body, whilst it was still warm. This made any post-mortem examination extremely difficult to perform. Therefore doctors were unable to find out if there had been any tampering with her body during the ambulance journey.

All 24 road traffic cameras on the way from Ritz hotel to the tunnel was not working. Coincidence? The same happened the day Michael Jackson past away. Coincidence? His brother, Jermine Jackson said all the cameras was out of function the day Michael Jackson died. He said someone is behind it, and that he want to know the truth.

John F. Kennedy once said; “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”  What do you think Michael gave to the country? And what do you think he got in return? He escaped from Neverland and did NEVER come back again. Why? They treated him very bad!

He was a good business-man but had a lot of problems. Many people tried to steal his money.  Interestingly, he was also helping sick and poor people (like Elisabeth and Diana), and especially children. But that became very expensive for him.

Michael`s humanitarian work was recognized in 1984, when he was invited to the White House to received an award from President Ronald Reagan in 1984. He is also the man behind the best-selling single of all time: «We are the world.»

video-547505_640

Michael Jackson often said to his friends not to let him be at the hospital if he was sick. They will kill me, he said. He often said that someone was after him. Diana said so too. She predicted her own death.

Other drivers in Paris, who were passing along the Voie Georges Pompidou few minutes before the accident, were indeed later contacted by French police and told that there were photographs showing that they were speeding.

The driver Henri Paul was accused of consuming «grossly excessive quantities of alcohol». But every person who talked to Henri Paul that night has said that he did not appear intoxicated before the crash.

Blood samples apparently taken from Henri Paul after the crash, showed that he was hopelessly drunk. Interestingly, the blood contained a medicine called Albendazole, which Henri`s doctor said he was never prescribed. Even more bizarrely, the same batch of blood samples contained no trace of another medicine named Acamprostate which Henri Paul had been prescribed. Did someone switch the blood sample?

The tunnel was opened only a few hours after the accident. Normally, it should be closed for at least a week. Not only that. They started to clean up the tunnel with chemicals. This is exactly what happened when Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto were assassinated on 27 December 2007. They started to wash fast and voila; the evidence is gone. How is it possible?

The car Diana was in at the time of the crash was a black Mercedes S280. It was the only available car that night. The car had previously been stolen and only recently found by the rental company who owned the car. When it was recovered the only thing missing from the car was an onboard computer chip.

The driver Henri Paul had connections with Secret Service and Diana`s bodyguard was the only one in the car with life belt on. A picture taken seconds before the crash showed that no one had the belt on. Diana`s bodyguard was the only survivor. Right after Champs-Élysées they were driving to the left, not to the right to Dodi Fayed`s apartment. No one knows why.

No one saw the car crash in the tunnel, but the only witness was ignored by the inquiry. His name is Eric Petel. He told the police about the car crash and said; «do something», but what they did was to put him in handcuffs.

Nicholas Davies (Royal biographer) tell her death was organized by MI5 because she was too powerful and became a threat to the royal family. So say many other experts. I think they are all wrong!

The accident happened in Paris. A city since Beaumarchais and Voltaire that is often referred to as La Ville Lumière (The city of Light). Both because of its leading role during the Age of Enlightenment, and more literally because Paris was one of the first European cities to adopt gas street lighting.

That has lately become a dubious honor.

Paris

(Picture: Paris, the city of light)

Cambodia’s leader Pol Pot and his friends grew up under the French Colonial Empire and was not inspired by communist Stalin or Mao. They all went to school in Paris in the 1950`s, and Cambodia’s Revolution, and all their ideology came from Paris. The City of Light. A city were Khmers rouges (French for «Red Khmers) was born.

Who were the officials on job that night? According to several sources, interviewed by EIR, the Paris Police Prefect (police chief), Philippe Massoni, was in the tunnel, and French interior minister, Jean-Pierre Chevenement, was at the Pitie Salpetriere Hospital prior to the arrival of the ambulance carrying Princess Diana.

French media reported that, along with Massoni, other top-ranking French officials were also at the tunnel, including Patrick Rioux, chief of the Judiciary Police, and Martine Monteil, head of the Criminal Brigade.

All those officials of high-ranking French government officials placed them in charge of the so- called rescue effort.

The evidence shows that Princess Diana`s death was almost certainly the direct result of criminal negligence by these French authorities. She could have received life-saving attention earlier and probably survived.

French authorities have systematically suppressed evidence, intimidated and gagged key witnesses, badly bungled the most vital forensic test, and prevented any outside agencies, including the families of the deceased, from even raising questions about the conduct of the French officials handling the investigation.

The cumulative effect of all the falsehoods, each traced back to French government sources, has been ruthless cover-up on the part of the French.

This case would have resulted in manslaughter prosecution of the responsible officials had the crash occurred in the United States.

The French judicial investigation concluded the accident was caused by Henri Paul`s drunken loss of control. Mohammed Al-Fayed (owner of the Paris Ritz), for whom Paul had worked, publicly maintained that the crash had been planned. Accusing MI6 as well as the Duke of Edinburgh.

An inquest in London starting in 2004 and continued in 2007-2008, attributed the accident to grossly negligent driving by Henri Paul and to the pursuing paparazzi. On 7 April 2008, the jury returned a verdict of «unlawful killing».

The day following the final verdict of the inquest, Al-Fayed announced he would end his 10-year campaign to establish that it was murder rather than an accident, stating that he did so for the sake of the Princess’ children.

Prince William and Kate`s daughter has got the name; Princess Charlotte Elisabeth Diana. Wow! What a name! But remember; the record of the Royal Family tells us that the Princess of Wales is a title written in tears.  I think that the Royal family knows the truth. So do I. And I am not in doubt! For me, Princess Elisabeth and Diana were both …..

CANDLE IN THE WIND.
