The impeachment is over and it was unfair and constitutionally incoherent dangerous

The impeachment is over. It was unfair and constitutionally incoherent dangerous. The Hate Trump Media Mob said Abuse of Power about Trump`s behaviour, but that is a lie. It is the House that has abused its power. Not Trump.

The U.S Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel said this on the Senate floor regarding the Senate Impeachment Trial yesterday:

«These past weeks, the Senate has grapped with as grave a subject as we ever consider: A request from a majority in the House of Representatives to remove the president.

«The Framers took impeachment extremely seriously. But they harbored no illusions that these trials would always begin for the right reasons. Alexander Hamilton warned that the demon of faction would extend his scepter over the House of Representatives at certain seasons.

«He warned that an intemperate or designing majority in the House might misuse impeachment as a weapon of ordinary politics rather than an emergency tool of last resort.

McConnell said it`s the House that has abused its power. Not Trump.

«They called the Senate, quote; the most fit depositary of this important trust. Tomorrow, we will know whether that trust was well placed.

«The drive to impeach President Trump did not begin with the allegations before us. Here was reporting in April of 2016; Donald Trump isn`t even the Republican nominee yet….. (but) Impeachment is already on the lips of pundits, newspaper editoras, constitutional scholars, and even a few members of Congress.

Did you see that? The impeachement started long before he was elected. Huh…. (editors note).

«Here was the Washington Post headline minutes after President Trump`s inauguration: The campaign to impeach President Trump has begun.

«The articles of impeachment before us were not even the first ones House Democrats introduced. This was go-around number seven. Those previously-alleged High Crimes and Misdemeanors included things like being impolite to the press and to professional athletes.

«This insults the intelligence of the American people to pretend this was a solemn process relutantly begun because of withheld foreign aid. No, Washington Democrats position on this President has been clear for years.

«Their position was obvious when they openly rooted for the Mueller investigation to tear our country apart were disappointed when the facts proved otherwise. It was obvious when they sought to impeach this President over and over.

«Here`s their real position; Washington Democrats think President Donald Trump committed a High Crime or Misdemeanor the moment he defeated Secretary Clinton in the 2016 election. That is the original sin of this presidency: That he won and they lost.

«Ever since, the nation has suffered through a grinding campaign against our norms and institutions from the same people who keep shouting that our norms and institutions need defending.

«A campaign to degrade our democracy and deligitimize our elections from the same people who shout that confidence in our democracy must be paramount.

«We have watched a major American political party adopt the following absurd proposition: We think this president is a bull in a china shop, so we`re going to drive a bulldozer through the china shop to get rid of him.

«This fever led to the most rushed, least fair, and least thorough presidential impeachment inquiry in Amerian history.

« The House inquiry into President Nixon spanned many months. The special prosecutors investigation added many more months. With President Clinton, the independent counsel worked for years.

«Here`s how Chairman Schiff put it back in October. Quote: Any action,,,,, that forces us to litigate, or have to consider litigation, will be considered further evidence of obstruction of justice.

«That is nonsense. Impeachment is not some magical constitutional trump card that melts away the seperations between the branches of government. The Framers did not leave the House a secret constitutional steamroller that everyone somehow overlooked for 230 years.

«When Congress subpoenas executive-branch officials with questions of privilege, the two sides either reach an accommodation or take to the courts.

«That is the way this works.

«The abuse of power charge is just as unpersuasive and dangerous.

«By passing that article, House Democrats have into a temptation that every previous House has resisted. They impeached a president without even alleging a crime known to our laws.

(How in the world is it possible? Editors note).

«I do not subscribe to the legal theory that impeachment requires a violation of a criminal statue. But there are powerful reasons why, for 230 years, every presidential impeachment did allege a criminal violation.

«The Framers explcitly rejected impeachment for maladministration – a general charge under English law that basically encompassed bad management; a sort of general vote of no confidence. Except in the most extreme circumstances, except for acts that overwhelmingly shocked the national conscience, the Framers decided presidents must serve at the pleasure of the electorate and not the pleasure of House majorities.

«As Hamilton wrote: it is one thing to be subordinate to the laws, and another to be dependent on the legislative body.

«So House Democrats sailed into new and dagerous water. The first impeachment unbound by the criminal law. Any House that felt it needed to take this radical step owed the country the most fair and painstaking process; the most rigorous investigation; the most bipartisan effort. Instead, we got the opposite. The exact opposite.

«The House Managers argued that the President could not have been acting in the national interest because he acted inconsistently with their own conception of the national interest, a conception shared by some of the President`s subordinates.

«This does not even approach a case for the first presidential removal in Amercan history.

«Such an act cannot rest alone on the exercise of a constitutional power, combined with concerns about whether the President`s motivations were public or personal, and a disagreement over whether the exercise of the power was in the national interests.

«The Framers gave our nation an ultimate tool for evaluating a President`s character and policy decisions. They`re called elections.

«Frankly, it is hard to believe that House Democrats ever really thought this reckless and precedent-breaking process would yield 67 votes to cross the Rubicon. Was their vision so clouded by partisanship that they really believed this would be anywhere near enough for the first presidential removal in American history?

«Or was success besides the point? Was this all an effort to hijack our institutions for a month-long political rally? Either way, the demon of faction, has been on full display. But now it is time for him to exit the stage.

«We have indeed witnessed an abuse of power: A grave abuse of power by just the kind of House majority the Framers warned us about. So tomorrow, the Senate must do what we were created to do. We have done our duty. We have considered all arguments. We have studied the «mountain of evidence.» And tomorrow, we will vote.

«We must vote to reject the House`s abuse of power. Vote to protect our institutions.

«Vote to reject new precedents that would reduce the Framers design to rubble.

«Vote to keep factional fever from boiling over and scorching our Republic.

«I urge every one of our coleagues to cast the vote that the facts in evidence, the Constitution, and the common good clearly require.

«Vote to acquit the President of these charges.»

Donald J Trump will be sworn in as the 45th president of the United States

It is a pivotal day today as Donald J Trump will be sworn in as the 45 president of the United States. Trump will start his first day at the white house with the lowest approval rating in many decades.

900 000 is expecting to come to Washington and many of them will boycott Trump`s swearing-in. Over 60 members of Congress have declared they will not attend the inauguration. In addition; millions of dollars are fleeing in to different organizations to resist Trumpism.

50% voted for Donald J Trump. Are 50% of the American people stupid? What we know is that people are angry, and that is why many of them voted for Trump. Trump said in his speech last night that this is a movement.

He called CNN for «fake news». He is attacking CIA and are against the establishment. This is something that remind us about John F Kennedy. When we look at the history, we know that Donald J Trump have to be very careful. He can be assassinated.

John F Kennedy talked about the same group of people. He was referring to a shadow government, and in one of his speeches he said:

«We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tight net highly efficient machine that combines military diplomatic intelligence economic scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised».

John F Kennedy talked about the secret society which is the same group of people Donald J Trump talks about. The secret society has no traditions or any religion, and they own the media as it is today.

John F Kennedy was assassinated 22 November 1963 in Dallas, Texas, but he is not the only one. William McKinley was assassinated 14 September 1901, six month into his second term. There is something scary here. Take a good look at the scheme below.

President nr 25 William McKinley Assassinated

President nr 35 John F Kennedy Assassinated

President nr 45 Donald J Trump ?

Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth on Good friday, April 14, 1865. He was the 16th president of the United States. Lincoln was a religious skeptic, and he was a classical liberal democrat. An enemy of artificial hierarchy, a friend to trade and business as ennobling and enabling, and an American counterpart to Mill, Cobden, and Bright.

In surveys of U.S scholars ranking presidents conducted since the 1940`s, Lincoln is consistently ranked in the top three, often as number one. In presidential ranking polls conducted in the United States since 1948, Lincoln has been rated at the very top in the majority of polls.

President Lincolns assassanation increased his status to the point of making him a national martyr. Lincoln was viewed by abolitionists as a champion for human liberty. Republicans linked Lincolns name to their party, and many consider him to a man of outstanding ability. We also know John F Kennedy`s popularity, and he will never be forgotten. What about Donald J Trump? Will he fail and be forgotten?

President Donald Trump are good at solving debt problems

The silent majority has spoken. Donald Trump is the next President of the United States of America. Many people are in shock, claiming that they don`t know how the future will be. Others are scared because Trump can hit the nuclear-button.

How will the world be like with Donald Trump as the next U.S President? Take a look at the video below. You will be surprised.

15 years ago, Donald Trump was against the war in Iraq. A war in Iraq will destabilize the Middle-East, he said. And he was right.

With Donald Trump at the White House 15 years ago, we wouldnt be in war with Iraq. A stupid war that gave the people a lot of terrorism in return. A war that nobody from the grassroot supported. The establishment didnt listen to the grassroot, and I think that was a big mistake.

This is exactly what Donald Trump is fighting against; the establishment. A group of arrogant people who is not listening to the majority of people. Trump also seems to like Russia and Putin. The opposite of what the establishment stands for.

We have heard NATO claiming that Putin and Russia is dangerous, but people dont belive in it. Trump and Putin doesnt like war. They like business, growth and prosperity. Productivity in the military system is productivity at the wrong place.

So, why are so many people so scared? So far, I haven`t heard one single person talk about the U.S debt. Do you really know how much debt they own? I can tell you. The debt is too much to handle. It will soon reach $20 trillion!

Personally, I have never been a fan of debt. It can kill you. Trump will start the new year with a budget deficit which is more than $500 billion and the national debt will go above $20 trillion. What a case for Trump. A man who is familiar with debt.

Social Security hold about $5 trillion of this debt, and less than $15 trillion in public hands. The interest rate is still below 2% with a net interest cost of $223 billion in 2015. The federal budget for this fiscal year is about $4 trillion, and the debt will continue to grow.

The U.S is growing faster than the European Union. What if the GDP in the U.S will grow faster than 3%, and what if Trump start tax relief programs?

If the U.S pay more than $300 billion in interest, it will jump to about $500 billion if the interest rate on the U.S debt jumps from 2% to 3%. The more interest rate jumps, the more interest cost jumps. How in the world are they gonna stop the debt?

Trump can be the solution.

Trump`s hotel and casino businesses have declared bankruptcy five times between 1991 and 2014. The reason for the first four bankruptcies were over-leveraged hotel and casino businesses in Atlanta City.

According to a report by Forbes in 2011, Trump said: «Ive used the laws of this country to pare debt..... well have the company. Well throw it into a chapter. Well negotiate with the banks. Well make a fantastic deal. You know, its like on The Apprentice. Its not personal. Its just business.»

Donald Trump solved his own business debt by negotiations. Will it be easy for him to do the same with the U.S debt? In the video above, Trump said that politicians just talk without any actions. America needs a strong leader, he said.

Now, it is up to Mr Donald Trump himself to do something. To get some action. People voted for him because he is an outsider. They voted for him because they belive that he can handle the economy, taxes and create jobs better than Hillary Clinton. He is not only an outsider, but also a businessman. Not a politician.

Trump once said: «We owe $19 trillion. Boy, am I good at solving debt problems. Nobody can solve it like me.

Super Tuesday is the biggest day of the 2016 primary season

Who will be the next U.S President? It`s up to the American people to vote and Tuesday is the biggest day of the 2016 primary season with 13 states and one territory participating. The day is called ”Super Tuesday” because the largest number of states hold their nominating contests.

The U.S President is important not only for the Americans but for the rest of the world. With so much tension, the next U.S President is more important than ever.

Poll shows that Hillary Clinton leads in most states on the Democratic side, and she is up by double digits in Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas and Alabama. For Republicans, Donald Trump seems to be a leader in Vermont, Virginia, Oklahoma and Georgia.

Super Tuesday is important because it will be difficult for Sanders to beat Clinton if she wins a large delegate lead over him.  If not, the Democrats primary will continue. Candidates on both sides have spent a lot of time and resources in Texas, which is vital with 155 Republican delegates and 252 total Democratic delegates at stake.

Super Tuesday was important in 2008. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton each declared victory after a close and chaotic finish, and no other day than Super Tuesday gives a single candidate as much of a chance to declare a sense of certainty about his or her position.

Donald Trumps slogan is ”Make America great again”, while Hillary Clintons slogan is ”Hillary for America.”

The unemployment rate in the U.S dropped to 4,9% in January 2016, so why is Trump saying he want to make America great again? President Ronald Reagan promised to make America great again in the 80`s. At that time, the unemployment rate was 11% with a recession on top of that.

Mr Trump claims in a campaign video that the U.S ifrastructure has made the country a global laughingstock. He said: ”Our airports, bridges, and roadways is falling apart. It`s a terrible thing to see.”

Everyday Americans need a Champion, and I want to be that Champion, Hillary Clinton says in her campaign video. Right in line with her slogan ”Hillary for America.” It remains to see whats most important for the people. That`s whats really counts.

The next primaries after Super Tuesday is on Saturday, March 5. Democrats and Republicans vote in the Kansas caucuses and Louisiana primaries. Republicans will also vote in Kentucky and Maine, while Democrats will vote in Nebraska. On Sunday, Democrats go the polls in Maine.

By the way, Voter turnout in America is among the lowest in the developed world. Only 42% of Americans voted in the 2014 midterm elections, and that`s the lowest since 1978. The rise of the donor class and the influx of corporate cash have caused many voters to lose faith in politics.

Americans will elect the 45th President of the United States on November 8, 2016, and the winner of the 2016 presidential election will be sworn into office on January 20, 2017.

God Luck!
